Bileto is B2B2C transportation platform which resolves most issues that public transportation companies and travelers have.

My job was to fully understand the core aspects of public transportation business; identify the needs, pains, jobs, and gains this platform needs to make or resolve. I did the research: in-depth interviews with transportation company owners and state bureaucrats. I also created the messaging and a meaningful website which would be understood by all Biletos personas.

Prototypes was tested on group of transport companies owners, using InVision.
